I went for a checkup. The receptionist was nice. I waited about fifteen minutes. Dr. Bancroft explained everything he was doing. He was fast and precise. I trusted him. I've had a bad experience with an ophthalmologist a few years ago when the doctor was full of himself and his friendly receptionist-wife was rude over the phone when she had issues with my insurance. I had to pay them and be reimbursed by my insurance.
