New patient in Houston, TX. Coming from NY. Dr. Tosur listens attentively, is knowledgeable, polite, caring, and loving doctor. Carefully checks me. Orders the correct tests. Patiently helps with getting referrals from NY with help from her assistant. I was relieved, to have her as my primary care physician. I would recommend her highly.
