When I got to EDWARD HOSPITAL, the staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. When I went into the room to be prepped for the operation, they all told me that Dr. Absan is considered to be one of the top five orthopedic surgeons in Northern Illinois. They said if anybody was going to perform surgery on me, I would want it to be him. The surgery was so well done that I did not need to use the pain medication‘s at any time that I came home. Also, the follow up physical therapy. Staff was amazing. They were totally knowledgeable in every step of the way to guide me back to full use of my arm.
