I went to the Texas Health Allen ER earlier this week with symptoms of a possible TIA (transient ischemic attack). Dr. Hwang was my attending physician. He had a warm, caring bedside manner and ordered the appropriate diagnostic tests and lab work which were completed quite quickly. He consulted with a neurologist outside the facility to get a second opinion on the radiology reports to make sure I was receiving the most accurate and appropriate interpretation of the data. I did not need to be admitted to the hospital and Dr. Hwang gave me a list of doctors I could follow up with. I was impressed with Dr. Hwang's knowledge and diagnostic skill. Having him as my attending physician kept me at ease during my ER visit.
