I was referred to Doctor Wu based on a referral from my PCP. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr Wu asked me many questions and did some simple tests to help diagnose my issues. She was very nice and I felt very confident in her diagnosis. She recommended several tests and personally called me with results and that I need to see a neurosurgeon. My only knock on Crystal Run is trying to contact your doctor - no app, no email like other medical providers. It’s difficult to contact DR.
