I met Dr. Cao when I delivered my first baby at Washington Hospital Center. She was the only one who knew exactly what to say to keep me calm and comfortable. She was only there to administer pain relief for me, but she did so much more and when I had to have an unexpected C-Section she was right there by my side. She was AWESOME!
