Dr. Millard is the best, most accurate diagnostic radiologist available! In 2018, he diagnosed my facet joint arthrosis, which led to my pain relieving rhizotomies. He really knows what he is doing, unlike the bozos and rent-a-docs around here. If I had known, that he was back in town from Loma Linda, I would have demanded that he evaluate my recent MRI & CT.
