Dr. Shimeall provided exceptional medical reassurance and advice today in a telehealth appointment. Though it might be easy to feel less of a sense of connection with someone when meeting over the phone, Dr. Shimeall: -Heard every concern and responded with care and helpful recommendations -Explained things in layman's terms and answered all of our questions -Gave us a sense of confidence because he valued my mother's experiences and concerns. -Was exceptionally knowledgeable about her medical issues and medications. -Made recommendations for treatment that we felt would be very helpful. My mother loves him!
