Dr Segal demonstrated skill, attention to detail, gave great advice, had patience, and he followed up. Diagnosis and treatment were exceptional. Communication in the office and in the MyPenn Medicine app were great. His entire staff is knowledgable and answered, or followed up on, every issue or question. They are professional and caring.
