Only dissatisfied with call backs when medicine refills are not approved. Also, when asked in person at the office requests still don't get ordered when I'm told they will. Took three requests to get last refill. Two were done in person. Dr. Murray is very knowledgable and keeps up to date. He has worked hard to help with my arthritis & allergies. Office secretary is often curt and rude and this was confirmed by another dr. who called for info. on my history very recently.
