I had a horrible experience with a dentist when I was a child (he punched me in the face because I touched his hand), and as a result I am pretty dental work phobic. Dr. Taormina and his staff have been so incredibly wonderful. They are all super gentle and do everything they can to make my cleanings and dental work pleasant for me; up to and including giving me nitrous oxide to take the edge off.
