Dr Banks always listens to me and asks for my description of my symptoms and does not cut me short like other physicians. He never acts like he is too busy to actually speak to his patients. And he truly cares and follows up on ER visits, surgeries, etc. In one visit he had discovered the best medication for my diabetes and blood pressure, and he followed up to ensure that I was doing well on the medication.
