Medical procedures and needles are extremely stressful for me. I met with Dr. Glaws due to a positive Cologuard result and he was absolutely the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever met. He was very calming and reassuring.I had my first colonoscopy today and he and his team were outstanding! I can't say enough nice things about them or recommend them enough! They did such a great job dealing with a chicken like me! I wish it hadn't taken me a month to get the courage to call and make the appointment in the first place.Skip the Cologuard and go straight for the colonoscopy. It has such a high false positive rate (based on what I've read online) and the positive result only added to my stress.
