I have been getting shots in my eye for a year now when I suffered a Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion. Dr Mattai has always been efficient and professional. I’ve had great faith in his ability. He explains when an explanation is necessary. Yesterday, I was given two choices: to continue coming in every 15 weeks for a shot, or to continue monitoring my eye but coming in every 6 weeks. That was a no-brainer to me. But, he explained everything to me and it was clear. Not only that, but he wasn’t taking the decision out of my hands. He was letting me make my decision after being presented with the choices. He’s a great doctor.
