Dr. Rodriguez is a fine physician and a very pleasant gentleman. His staff is also quite pleasant. Unfortunately, scheduling is sometimes next to impossible. The last time I got an automatic message that it was time to come in, I called Emily to find that there were no appointments available for the following month and they could not make appointments for the month after that because “the book isn’t open yet.” I suspect this is a systemic problem for the hospital corporation for which Dr. Rodriguez works.
