A truly amazing surgeon, doctor, and human being. Explains the anatomy and physiology of the procedure/surgery he is going to perform to make sure you understand what is being done to you and why. I felt completely comfortable and confident going in to have my gallbladder removed knowing that Dr. Tiru was on the other side of the scalpel. Always pleasant and accomodating, I was scheduled for surgery 3 days following my initial visit due the nature of the problem. With Dr. Tiru, the patient always comes first!
