Seen at Atrium Health in Ballantyne. From the front desk, the medical assistant & Dr. Balmuri- all 3 women were exceptional in courtesy and professionalism. Amber is welcoming, great sense of humor, and cared about myself and my daughter. Amber is understanding and empathetic, she’s a great medical assistant to Dr. Balmuri. I had more than 1 visit in a week plus a virtual visit and each time the service was 10/10. Dr. Balmuri is attentive, empathetic, explains everything clearly in regards to meds and treatment plan. She has great demeanor, eye contact & takes notes, she started additional tests and treatments right away. I love that she “listens” to me as a patient. I’m a nurse and healthcare auditor familiar with surveys that patients do for providers and how it affects them, I can honestly say nothing negative to report, even the office is exceptionally clean and well maintained and appt started on time. I never disclosed that I’m a nurse with auditing background.
