We moved away and our 3 yo still sees her since we can't imagine switching doctors! She has done a great job of calming our fears either by ordering additional tests or explaining why we shouldn't worry about things. Even when we are doing things "wrong" she will tell us the recommendations without lecturing us. For things like breastfeeding she has a "great if you can & great if you can't" attitude, which it very helpful for new parents. Their walk in hours are second to none as well.
