He was able to figure out I have narcolepsy after decades of telling doctors and specialists I was tired all the time. He listened to me, was a team effort. Now the office was horrendous. Never answered the phone, they would lie and kept pushing more and more patients on him so he could never catch up. I had to go down there 3 times, hold a sit in till my issues were addressed because I could not find a human on the phone . They never let me see him, even after an ER visit! They didn't tell him I called. Once I had to sneak in for another issue just to find him and let him know I needed to see him because the office wouldn't do it. I see most his bad ratings were actually about the office and not him personally. Sure do know about that! Many doctors don't give women or minorities their full attention. He did. This office played a lot of games with me bordering on criminal misconduct. I hope he lands in a better office soon so the experience is better.
