This Dr was prompt and caring. He seems very concerned and knowledgeable. He performed cataract surgery on my mom’s eyes. He has also seen her on short notice after she had unusual symptoms following a stroke. He even referred her to a brain and eye specialist for further study and care. I would highly recommend Dr Bowen to anyone I care about.
