Their combination of personal care for the patient and the skill of handling her condition was comforting and effective, and greatly responsible for reducing her apprehension of the treatment pre-op, as well as a positive recovery in post-op environments. While not medical professionals, my wife and I were briefed on and appreciate the difficulties both known and unknown of the procedure and appreciate the technical expertise that enabled our daughter’s positive reaction to their care in the hours following the procedure.
