Good experience overall. Gives me a good flu-&-infection anti-biotic when I need it. All doctors seem to want to put you on blood pressure medicine when you get older but I found a Beet mix that goes into water (on Amazon) that cleared me up MUCH safer. He said I probably needed blood pressure medicine but did not try to force it on me when I said I did not want to take it.
