I hope there's a special someone in Dr. Vaderslice's personal life, because he is a magnificent person. Having spent my working life in medicine, I know Anesthesiologists - TRUST me. This is one of a few specialties where it's key to consider the whole person - both mental and physical - where intelligence, skill, attention to detail and empathy work in concert to enable your safe and comfortable surgical and postoperative experience. Dr. Vansderslice's care and compassion shine from his first preoperative phone call to his care for you several days after surgery.
