We requeted a changed on a medication that she always do for us, about 2-3 weeks ago and they never call us to let us know that they send it to Mc Dill AFB. WHEN I CALL TODAY TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT, THE CLERK THA ANSWER WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE PA OR D4. JESSIE NURSE OR D4. JESSIE, THEY REFUSE TO DO IT AND NOT EVEN TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, FOR THEM To call me back, they ended hanging up on me. Very unprofessional from a clerk that took upon herself to do a bad customer/patient service, after 10 years with Dr. Jessie. I wnated to hear that message, if true, from Dr. Jessie or a Professional. As a Retired Nurse from the Army, I found that very unprofessional. She had always done the refills and I always told tjem, the if we need an appointment in order to do so, so be it. She knows Dr. Santiago office do not send the electronic Rx to Mc dill, since they do not take paper Rx. Dr. Gonsalvo do not want to do that either, even after refer by Dr. Jessie
