Dr. Walter had an extremely confident and compassionate bedside manner. He appeared to be very knowledgeable regarding my procedure and answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. He made me feel relatively comfortable before and during the procedure. His experience and technique made the procedure relatively painless. Although the procedure did not have the results we had hoped for, he was very concerned and gave me another option I might wish to consider, He seemed genuine.
