Dr. Thomas Berenberg shared clear explanation after thorough examination of my sudden appearance of floaters. Provided monitoring and urgency situation instructions. I would highly recommend him and the The Eye Care Group. I visited Orange CT office after having appointment issues with the call center. Ms Maria H patiently listened to my concerns and nature of urgency and helped me with registration and scheduling. Call center (CC) and office locations need better coordination. Waterbury office provided a fax number for PCP referral. Which was provided. Called again CC to confirm PCP fax and they mentioned another fax number and were not willing to check with Waterbury office.
