The doctors have a woman at the front desk, white hair (for clarification, don't want to get anyone else in trouble). I think she may be fairly new. Unlike the doctors, dental and office staff, she is cold and unwelcoming. The doctors have really made a mistake with this hire. Thus only four stars.
