I was looking for a new doctor after mine retired. Dr. Johnson was very professional, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and addressed each one. I never felt rushed or that she needed to finish and take care of another patient. I am a nurse and was pleased as I observed the interactions that she had with her staff. The Office staff were also very polite and caring. I highly recommend CarolinaEast Internal Medicine in New Bern and Dr. Susannah Johnson.
