I met Dr. Urstein for a first time visit to the ER with ankle discomfort. After several tests, which came back okay, she said it was either a pulled muscle or early arthritis & not a blood clot. I was very reassured to hear that. Dr. Urstein was very professional & comforting. I had never been to the ER before. Her soothing manner gave me peace of mind & helped to lower my blood pressure. Kindly acknowledge Dr. Urstein for the true professional that she is.
