As I am very healthy, I only have annual physical exams with her. I feel comfortable with her low-key manner and she addresses my medical questions with clear explanations - to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr Susan Prater as a caring and kind PCP. Regarding the office personnel, the receptionists have been most courteous and helpful to me. When I got an acute infection and Dr Prater was not available, the receptionist directed me to their nearby affiliated facility for Urgent Care. I was promptly attended to by a caring Dr who pointed out that he could treat me for another ailment as well, a fungus that I have had for years. I gladly accepted and am doing very well from both ailments! So, yes, I am very happy with my treatments at Granger Medical Clinic and I highly recommend them!
