I became a patient of this most competent physician by chance when I was unable to get an appointment with another doctor. That was almost 20 years ago, and it was the BEST thing that could have happened for my reproductive health. In all of the years that I have been her patient, Dr. Porto has provided the most comprehensive women's care that I have EVER received from an OB/GYN. During each visit, I have found her to be professional, yet personable and caring. Also of great importance to me, is that SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS. Dr. Porto educates her patients as she provides explicit feedback to questions and concerns while making recommendations based on the most current medical information and practices. I appreciate that she provides prompt follow-up with explanations of lab/test results answers questions and provides referrals if necessary. I am beyond pleased with Dr. Porto and so glad that she handles my women's care. I truly dread the day she decides to retire.
