Dr. Thacker is amazing. He was so thorough, answered all my questions, went over the pros and cons of different options and together we decided on what was the best option for me. He took the time to understand my particular situation and used models of the knee he had in the office to explain things. It was a great experience and he really put my mind at ease. The Surgicenter staff was great too, and after the surgery even the instructions I went home with left me with all my questions answered. Made a nerve racking experience so much better than I ever thought it would be.
