Dr. Wittmer is a wonderful, caring physician. He likes to spend time with his patients and get to know them. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable about diagnosis and treatment. He is going to concierge practice in order to continue giving patients enough time and appropriate care. Our medical system does not allow doctors that option anymore because reimbursements are so low. I am confident that Dr. Wittmer volunteers his time to see those who cannot afford his new practice.
