Dr. Deluca was the er doc on call while I was at the VA Hospital in Cheyenne Wy. I had a hip replacement surgery that took several hours & 24 hours later I had a PE & atrial fibrillation which put me into a none reactive state. Dr Deluca was the Dr. on call & made tough but correct decisions which I believe saved my life. That was also the consensus of the staff in the ICU.My girlfriend was very grateful of the time he took to explain every thing in detail.I would highly recommend Dr. Deluca
