Patient Reviews
Feb 09, 2024
I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Cohen on January 18, 2024. The appointment went well and I left to return home. I noticed my eyes seemed a bit glazed and by the time I got home, my eyes were burning and I was barely able to open them and could not see. due to the glaze of my eyes. My daughter tried further washing them out, but it was so painful. I simply could not keep my eyes open. My left eye totally felt as if it burning. The only partial relief I had was when I kept my eyes closed. I spent the remainder of the day sitting in my room with my eyes closed. I tried to fall asleep but could not as I was in so much pain. When I woke the next morning, my eyes were finally feeling better. Upon opening my eyes, I noticed that both eyes were almost stuck together from the oil (?) that was being secreted. My thought is that my eyes were not properly or completely flushed out. I just want that to be noted so this does not happen to another patient. It was very painful.
