I suffered greatly from Plantars facitis for years finally desperate my neighbor told me about Dr. Day. I live 1 hour away and I didn't want to drive that far but because he was so highly recommended I did. I was in so much pain I could barely walk in. He gave me a shot in each heal. I walked out pain free. Dr. Day has such a great mannerism that is calming. I drive back over there about once a year for the past 10 years because it is worth the drive. He also cut out my ingrown toe nails and it wasn't a painful extraction or recovery.
