He even added a touch of tough love when my husband did not want to give up his active "lifestyle" to have open heart surgery. When Dr. Tobias said matter-of-factly, "You're not going to have any lifestyle if you're in a box," his messages hit home and we started making arrangements for surgery. We are certain that Dr. Tobias standing his ground saved my husband's life--and by averting a crisis of a stroke or heart attack, he can now return to his active lifestyle.
