Dr. Shoemaker has operated on both of my knees. There is not another orthopedic surgeon I trust more. He is not overly eager to suggest surgery, often times suggesting other therapies when appropriate. He briefly went into retirement some years back, and I’m glad it was short lived. I hope he never retires.
