I arrived at the ER with a very irregular heartbeat. I was scared. Dr. Bolen explained what was going on, and what they were going to do. Each step of the way he answered all my questions, explained the treatments to be tried. He was pleasant, calm, very professional; he acknowledged how upsetting this type of cardiac event can be, and let me know the ER staff had things well in hand. I know I was in very competent hands with Dr. Bolen!
