I sustained two twisted ankles and a bone fracture after a fall when I missed a stairstep. Dr. Meissen is so empathetic and puts a patient at ease, instilling complete confidence. She ordered x-rays immediately, then explained the results thoroughly, and the course of treatment. She listens to her patient and answers questions readily. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Meissen’s patient interaction, professionalism and medical knowledge. Although Urgent Care is extremely busy, she treats her patient like he/she is her only one.
