Dr. Wu is the best PCP I've ever had. He takes time to answer everything bothering me on each visit. Most PCPs only treat one issue per visit. I have a complicated medical history. He searches for the underlying cause of health problems rather than merely treating symptoms. He does use medication to help me have the best quality of life while being careful about drug interactions. He has a lab in his office so I don't have to go elsewhere for labwork. His office staff and nurse are all kind and run a tight ship so I never have to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting room. I'm exceedingly grateful to have been referred to Dr. Wu by a friend. He called her at 7PM on a Friday with her MRI results so she wouldn't be in suspense all weekend. I'd never seen that level of compassion by a doctor before. They always get back to my questions or call in prescriptions promptly after I text a message through my chart. I have zero complaints with anyone in his practice.
