What stood out most to me were her reassuring words 'I care about your comfort'. These words were spoken right before being wheeled to the operating room. Those words alone were comforting. She made sure my experience was stress free. My visits with her prior to and after surgery were not rushed. She truly does care and took time to explain the findings and the process and did not hesitate to make herself available for further questions. Thankful to have had Dr. Pfost as my surgeon.
