There are several available primary care physicians available at Kaiser Permanente Union City. I chose Dr.Patel after my system chosen doctor didn't respond regularly (which I think is in part a Kaiser related management (doctor:patient ratio) issue). Dr.Patel has been my primary care physician since 2019 (when I joined kaiser) and so far she has done a good job in monitoring my health (through wellness checkups) and my requests (like having approval for massage/chiropractic sessions). Although I wish I had more regular checkups and followups, I think given the constraints of KP's process, she is doing a good job. I would recommend her to new patients seeking to meet and maintain wellness goals.
