Dr Ogawa and his Office Staff has Excellent Customer / Patient Service. Felt Very Comfortable. My mom has been going to him over 25 years. He is a GREAT DOCTOR! Mom now has a disability and is not mobile but his Staff helps us with her in her wheel chair. They will accommodate you in any way. First Doctor I have met WHO HAS PATIENCE, COMMUNICATION, CARING, UNDERSTANDING AND COMPASSION FOR HIS PATIENTS. HE TAKES TIME AND LISTENS TO YOUR NEEDS AND PROBLEMS. NEVER RUSHES DR. OGAWA WILL WORK WITH YOU TO HELP FIND A SOLUTION AND IF NEEDED LIKE WE NEEDED A NEUROLOGIST SPECIALIST FOR MOM AND HE REFERRED ONE THAT ALSO SPEAKS JAPANESE. THAT WAS A BIG HELP FOR ME. I AM ALSO HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH MOMS DOCTORS. THANK YOU DOCTOR SHOZO OGAWA ?????? Take Care May God or Buddha Bless and Watch Over All of You Always ??????
