The only reason I remained a patient at Kelsey was because of Dr. Rochen. Last week I had breast cancer surgery at MDA & wanted to talk to her but the mgmt at Kelsey would not leave her a message. I miss her & currently w/o PCP because I only want Dr. Rochen. Very disappointed with Kelsey.
