Dr. Jacob is a caring and loving doctor. She is easy for me to talk to and share difficult, and private female concerns. When she can, she goes the extra mile. Though she has little authority over the staff, they are often willfully deceptive, trying to usurp your irrevocable knowledge of insurance.
