As a plastic surgeon who was looking to undergo a vasectomy, I could not be happier with having chosen Dr. Matson!What was important for me was surgical expertise, kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Matson clearly exhibited all of these attributes from my initial virtual visit throughout the procedure and even post-procedurely. I really like the fact that he seems to have perfected his technique over many thousands of vasectomies that he has performed, which allows him to complete this procedure quickly, smoothly, and with almost no discomfort. He was kind enough to work around my work schedule to allow for appropriate rest time. I had 2-3 days of not much activity, only minimal discomfort by 5-7 days, and absolutely no discomfort by 10-14 days. Acetaminophen alone was sufficient.I have already started to spread the word amongst my close friends and family for anyone who might be interested in this procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
