Dr. Shangraw has provided me with exemplary dermatological treatment while under her care for the past year. She first uses the regimen which is most likely to produce the desired results. However if this proves to be ineffective she quickly moves on to other therapies until an effective one is found. Dr. Shangraw is also personable and demonstrates exceptional listening skills. Anyone who is seeking dermatological care would be advised to consult with Dr. Shangraw.
