I went to Dr. Sarah Cappleman for my first ever pap smear and told her and the nurses I was scared -- they walked me through everything they were doing and what to expect and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. The entire staff was awesome. They were extremely punctual, too. It is so refreshing to find a doctor's office that was easy to reach via phone, punctual, friendly, and comfortable. Totally recommend!
