Dr. Whittier combines her highly professional skills with a warm and approachable manner. She deals with highly sensitive and emotionally charged diagnoses in an honest, compassionate manner, explaining alternate treatment plans and the ramifications of each. She's a wonderful physician and an outstanding representative of Kaiser Permanente.
